Brief biography
2004 – Graduated from MIET, received a master's degree in engineering and technology in the field of “Computer Science and Computer Engineering”.
2006 – Defended a dissertation for the degree of candidate of Engineering Science.
In 2007 – Became a laureate of the S.I. Mosin’s Award.
2010, 2012 – Won the competition for a grant from the President of the Russian Federation to support young Russian candidates of science.
2012 – Received the academic title of Associate Professor.
2012 – Defended his doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of Engineering Science.
2014-2017 – Head of the Chair of Computer Engineering.
Since 2017 – Director of the Institute of Microdevices and Control Systems.
Since 2018 – Vice-Rector for Innovation.
